Bullets, rounds, ammunition
Implied strength, in truth, attrition,
For solving problems
Not the best,
A bullet always
Fails the test.

Guns don’t kill
Unless you drop it,
Or your two-year old shoots you
Before you say, “Stop It!”
Can’t blame the kid
Of malicious intent,
Nor blame him for
Some argument,
No, it was merely
Parental misdirection,
A Darwin Award
For the gun collection.

They claim the weapon
Was for personal protection,
And Momma was responsible
In her own reflection,
But I argue, not so
That is the weakest of truth,
And two year old, Billy?
Just ruined his youth.
